Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the ring in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded mailer, ensuring all original certificates and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
